How does it work?

Our Lithuanian Ltd (UAB) are Ready Made Company.

Transfer of your Lithuanian AB (UAB)

  1. Place your order.
  2. We will send an invoice to your e-mail address.
  3. When the invoice is paid, we decide which day is suitable for a meeting in Vilnius.
  4. You come to Vilnius and we sign the purchase/sales documents at Notarius.
  5. Immediately after signing you are the owner of the company
  6. After about 3 days, the transfer is registered with the Authority.
  7. We will submit the application on VAT registration for your company.
  8. Visits the bank for opening a bank account (when the transfer of the company is registered).
    If you have choosen E-Bank, the bank application will be made online once the change of ownership has been registered.

This we need for the Company

  • Passport copy
  • Proof of Address Confirmation (copy of invoice to your residential address) for owner / director.

Bank in Lithuania

  • When you are registered as a director of the company’s register (after about 3 days), you will visit the bank to qualify for the company account (we will assist you in place). You can stay for 3 days in Vilnius or you make one trip for the company and then return when the bank account is opened.

For your safety

Our company have never had any active business. This is guaranteed in the purchase agreement we sign with the Notary. The purchase agreement also certifies that the Company you buy is debt-free and has no commitment.
